Unfreeze
Stop translating every sentence. Start speaking before perfection arrives.
A 6-week French belonging experience
French Insider Lab helps women who already speak some French move from hesitation to real connection—through live conversation, cultural decoding and the small moments that make France feel like yours.

This is not another French course
You can follow a podcast. Read a menu. Maybe even understand a fast conversation. But when it is your turn to speak, the words disappear—and you still feel like a visitor looking in from the outside.
“The missing piece isn’t more vocabulary.
It’s a safe place to become yourself in French.”
The French Insider method
Each week combines a live French Salon, tiny voice missions and one cultural key you can use immediately.
Stop translating every sentence. Start speaking before perfection arrives.
Build the reflexes and confidence that make conversation feel natural.
Understand the unspoken rules behind real French interactions.
Move beyond small talk and feel at ease with French people.
Rehearse the moments you will actually meet in France.
Leave with your French identity and a plan to keep living it.
Inside the Lab
This is a guided experience—not a content library. You will be seen, heard and gently challenged alongside five women at the same stage.

More than speaking practice
The goal is not to perform French. It is to use it to notice, laugh, ask, share—and belong.
French is lived, not memorised
We may cook something simple together, walk while noticing the world in French, move, set a table or decode a market encounter. These sensory moments anchor the language in your body and your life.
Not a wellness retreat on Zoom. Purposeful experiences that make French memorable. Is this for you?
Your host, Sandy
I created My French Experience because language only comes alive when it becomes part of your relationships, your senses and your everyday courage.
I live near Perpignan in the South of France. I have welcomed an international student into my family and have years of experience guiding women through movement, Pilates and yoga—spaces where confidence grows through practice, not performance.
A clear promise: I am your cultural host and facilitator, not a formal FLE teacher. This experience complements language lessons; it does not replace professional tuition or exam preparation.
Founding cohort
Join a carefully selected group of six women and help shape the experience that will redefine how French is lived online.
Questions, answered
No. This founding group is designed for intermediate B1–B2 speakers. You should understand everyday French, even if speaking still feels difficult.
Not in the traditional sense. We focus on speaking, cultural understanding and real situations. Useful corrections may arise naturally, but this is not a language class.
That is exactly why the group is limited to six. The structure is gentle, supportive and built for women who need safety before fluency can emerge.
Dates will be confirmed with the founding applicants. Register your interest and you will be the first to know.
